The client is a manufacturer of Nutraceuticals and vitamin supplements in Arizona, USA.
The client wanted to feed a powder filler with a large range of recipes and was uncertain how they would all discharge. It was important that the process was reliable, clean, and also economical.
In partnership with our local representative ISL recommended four of our 1350 Ltr polyethylene IBCs and a single discharge station. This provided the economy required. The inside of the container had to be smooth to avoid hygiene issues. The interior of a molded container is most smooth when produced using 100% Green pigment – it is almost mirror-like inside.
The system was recently delivered, and we await further news.
